Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
At Nuzena we offer Free shipping (on orders over $50) within the United States via USPS on all of our products. We also offer a 2-day express shipping option via USPS if you need to get your products in a hurry.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We have our products available for shipment worldwide via our DHL International shipping option. Shipping times will vary depending on local delivery options within your country.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We do allow for a 2 day processing time to get your order prepared and on its way to you. From there, your order will arrive within the shipping time allocated to the shipping option you have selected. Please be aware that orders will not be shipped out on weekends or on US public holidays.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept payment via PayPal express. Through PayPal express you can either use your PayPal account balance to purchase your items OR use the ‘Guest Checkout’ to pay with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card (You DO NOT need to sign up for a PayPal account to do this). For US customers, we also sell our products through Amazon Prime so be sure to check out our listings there to take advantage of all Amazon Prime benefits.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Absolutely! All payments are made through trusted and world recognised payment providers such as PayPal and Amazon. We do not store your sensitive information on our website.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order through Nuzena is easy! You can either complete an online health consultation and have your products recommended for you OR you can select any product you like by yourself by simply browsing through our shop section and adding items to your cart. Keep a close eye out for special discounts that we offer for multiple product purchases. Alternatively, you can find the complete Nuzena product range available for purchase through Amazon.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must get in touch with our customer support within 24 hours of placing your order. You can do this via email at support@nuzena.com, via Live Chat on our website, or directly over the phone toll-free at +1 (855) 888 4151.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We do have an option for you to check out as a guest where you do not need to create an account when ordering through Nuzena. However, creating an account when ordering through us gives you more access to important information regarding your order, such as real-time tracking of delivery, ability to change orders, set up re-ordering plans, and get full-time access to Nuzena health and wellness services.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is processed and shipped we will send you a unique USPS tracking link via email so that you can track your order in real time. Please note that in order to have this option available you will need to create an account in the checkout when ordering.

How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are a simple process at Nuzena. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or faulty in any way then we will replace it free of charge. Your return address will be located on your packing slip in your order. For all other return reasons please see our Returns Policy to see if you qualify for a refund.
